I've been going to Rodney's over the past five years, and at one point had "regular" status. The quality of experience has been slipping, and it appears that Rodney has finally lost me as a customer. It took me 90 minutes tonight to go in for a plate of pasta. The waitress forgot our order, and then I was told as I was paying the bill that the kitchen "never came out with that garlic bread". Is that because they never knew we requested it? I would chalk this up to a bad server (she was), but this simply highlights a trend I have seen every time I've been there in the past couple of years.
