First, I must say Chef Ben Kirk out did hisself! The Fuego (open oven) menu is creative and excellent. The main menu's food's presentation was fiestive and the taste/flavor is amazing. The desserts are scrumpish, I wish I had a chef at home like this one. 	
The drinks are fun and exotic. The wait staff is fun and energetic. This is not your stuffy restaurant. Yet, it is professional and well put together.	
I recommend Rumba to anyone and everyone who is tired of boring corporate restaurants.
