Sterling? Try stainless. At a $100 a meal restaurant, shouldn't the backwaiters know who gets what dish? So here's the bad news (there isn't any good): The room is a modest update from the former Sunset Room. The slight refurbishment doesn't make the place any hipper. The apps are standard. The steaks are mediocre and overpriced - $44 for a too small, incorrectly cooked Porterhouse to New York Strips that are called prime, but taste more like choice. The wine list has few, if any, reasonably priced bottles. The sommelier actually bragged about it and was ludicrously gregarious. He practically demanded a taste of the special bottle we brought, saying ""Everyone who brings in a great bottle of wine asks me to taste."" He did waive the $20 corkage fee (we had purchased three other bottles off of the list and several single glasses). Overall, a thoroughly unsatisfying experience. Cons: Overpriced, Poor Service, High Corkage more
