I first saw reviews for Rubann salon on citysearch. I was a little skeptical , but I needed something to be done to my dull looking hair, with extra dull and ratty looking hilites. ANNIE was amazing!!!! The best colorist ever. My hair has never looked this good...Never...It looks so healthy and feels so soft...Let me tell you this annie is a miracle worker. I love my hair. It still has my dark brown natural color but with some blonde hilites...the color is AMAZING The best salon ever, and I have been to many many salons, trying to get the perfect hilites.....Definitely worth the trip to the city.. I have now found a new stylist and salon....Thanks Annie
