Don't go here if you want 1) prompt service 2) the problem fixed the first time IF AT ALL 3) any kind of customer service follow up. Be prepared to be treated like a Yugo customer on the service drive. After three weeks, (to be fair, some was bodywork) Im told the car is fixed. Due to my schedule I have to leave it there an additional week after work is completed. When I pick it up, several of the defects are still present requiring me to leave it a few more days. The service advisor tells me he misunderstood the complaints. Later that day, I fax him the original repair order HE TYPED. The R.O. was clear as to the defects. He never called back. This was not the first time W.I.S. failed to complete a repair order correctly. I will never go back there to buy or service.
Cons: long lines on drive, poor if any follow up, can't seem to fix it
