I stumbled upon Kazu at a spur of the moment business lunch. I didn't expect to find a restaurant with such a beautiful but laid-back environment. The food was great (I had a Salmon Bowl), the service was exceptional (quick & friendly), and the atmosphere was refreshingly modern without feeling cold. I have been back five more times since my first encounter two months ago and each time I walk away with a smile on my face. Hats off to Kaz and his dad, Kazu, who makes each individual morsel with love and passion for his skill. Every item on the menu tastes like it should be featured on the front page of a world-renowned culinary magazine.
