My dog has been going to Banfield from the time we adopted him. I've noticed that they really try to sell you on everything, making it sound like your pet really needs it and you don't have much of a choice. However, you do have a choice. Listen carefully to what they want to give your pet and ask lots of questions. For example, if your dog doesn't go to dog parks don't allow them to give him/her the shot that is for dogs that do attend. There's no need for it. You may also be waiting a while for your appt. Sometimes they are prompt, sometimes they aren't. Aside from that, the office is clean and staff are animal lovers.
