Kevin and Marvin, formerly of Dakota, are now the General Manager and Chef. Their reputation and skills are very evident, in the specials, presentation and service. the Filet was cooked to perfection. The bar now has some life and great while relaxing before dinner. I think more of their experience will surface and Etoile will become one of the best in our area
