Our group had a very good meal and everybody had something good to say about Etoile. The service was very good and the food was very tasty. They had a good selection of wines. The owners artwork hangs on the wall and the restaurant area has some interesting decorations. Pros: Good food, Unique place Cons: Open late in the week more

New GM and Chef 7/31/2005

Kevin and Marvin, formerly of Dakota, are now the General Manager and Chef. Their reputation and skills are very evident, in the specials, presentation and service. the Filet was cooked to perfection. The bar now has some life and great while relaxing before dinner. I think more of their experience will surface and Etoile will become one of the best in our area more
