Like Stella had noted before me I see, the staff is rude here !!!
I used to visit this clinic when I lived in Gresham, but after you do wait a LONG time to finally see one of their committee of vets ( only 1 of them is even worth seeing ), and when someone needed to have their cat put down, one of the vets came out into the lobby, in front of the other customers, to tell this person it was useless to have their cat continue living--the older couple that brought the cat in were very upset--and the vet continues his conversation with them--all to no avail that this couple wanted to be told in private.
PROS: Many Companion Pet Clinics in the Portland area.
CONS: Very rude staff and terrible customer service--see Review above.
