I purchased my new Trane just over a year ago and installation was quick and efficient. Later I had problems and they covered it immediately. Unfortunately, I'm having problems with connections in my wall unrelated to the unit, and they were more than helpful with pricing and accommodating my situation. A really sincere and helpfu owner with quality techs.
