I've been going to Carmine's II ever since it opened, as my office is only a block and a half away. The food is excellent. Service very good. The only caveat I have is that it's so crowded in the evenings that you have to SHOUT to be heard across the table. Definitely NOT for a quiet romantic dinner. Even for lunch, when it's crowded, it gets loud. I recommend early (noon) or late (2pm) for lunch. I'm having lunch there today!
