Libations is the PERFECT birthday place. I was there on a Friday night and all my friends were let in at the door w/o a problem. Libations gave us the entire 2nd floor to use for my party, and I didn't even have to pay for the privilege. The bartenders served great cocktails, and the food is great too! For a no hassle birthday party, Libations is the spot!.
