We had the best time at the Melting Pot, the choices were overwhelming at first but our server was more like a tour guide than a waiter. He helped us decide and walked us through the whole experience. It was a lot of fun although I wish i hadn't eaten a big lunch, it was a ton of food. The wine list was huge as well, again, our server was awesome and recommended something we really liked. I'm going back for happy hour today.
