Horrible reception area. Waited literally 30 minutes to just talk to the people. Only 1 group in front of us, they were picking up their gowns. Staff couldn't find their paperwork, rushed around to put gown in bags...etc. No AC. Nobody even acknowledge us. Shouldn't the reception area reserved for answering calls and receiving customers? All I want is to make an appointment. Answer : ""there is nothing we can do for you"". Apparently no appointment for the rest of the year (and it's April), which later I learned that's not true.
OK, I understand they're busy and in high demand. But you guys are in the service business. So, please, unless you're nominated for an Oscar or your name is Oprah, don't bother with this place. Go somewhere else where people appreciate you spending 4-5 digit on a dress.
