Horrible service. I'm not a bridezilla, I'm not even a bride; all I wanted to do was pick up my bridesmaid gown. I dutifully called ahead and spoke with someone named Marco. Marco inititally told me the gown was already picked up and they didn't have it in the store. When I insisted no one authorized to do so ever picked up the gown, he initially insinuated I was lying, insisting that I forgot I picked up the gown myself. Only after I told him that it was impossible because I wasn't even in town the day he claimed my gown was picked up did he tell me he would figure out what happened and call me back. Two (stressful) hours later he calls back to tell me he made a mistake. Okay, no harm , no foul, I think. I then asked him when I could pick up the dress and he told me I did not need an appointment, and that I could pick up my gown any time between open and closing. I arrive minutes before closing and the doors are already locked. When someone finally does come out to speak to me, she had the worst possible attitude and tells me that no dress pick ups are allowed after 5pm anway (which I suppose is why it doesn't matter that they shut down shop before official quitting time). I understand on a Friday evening and everyone wants to get home but so do I. Beside that, there's no need to give your customers a bad attitude just because you are lazy and want to get home. Just apologize for the inconvenience and offer to ship the gown or tell me the turth about when I can return. All in all, pretty deplorable service.
