Although presenty closed for remodeling, Beijing is the ONLY chinese restaurant that I will eat at. I've tried a few others only to be disappointed by food that has been sitting on the buffet bar since the restaurant opened in the late morning or by news reports of asian restaurants using other kinds of meat (muskrat) instead of chicken in their food. The service is friendly, it is uniquely designed and the food is always fresh and hot.
