I recently just randomly found Arte online and decided to take advantage of their citysearch discount. I've done this in the past and had hits and misses with it. This was DEFINITELY a HIT. I walked in with a huge headache from work and between the wine I was offered and awesome head massage the hair washer gave me I almost didnt need the cut. My stylist turned out to be great too. I had a cut done and Im going to go back soon for hilights. Cant Wait!
