I recently took my car in for a fairly simple body work, but when they returned it to me, the paint was rough to the touch and looked like they had simply used a handy spray can. I pointed this out to the Caliber staff and they took it back, but only fixed half of the poorly painted area. On the third try, the paint has reached an acceptable level, but it's pretty poor that they tried to pass off shoddy workmanship as finished.
