Maudie's is authentic Tex-Mex food. Their breakfast tacos are THE best, whatever way you like them. This location is the most crowded of all Maudie's, so expect a 15-60 min wait on weekends for brunch.
The service at this location is also probably the best of all Maudie's, very speedy and attentive, great chips and salsa. Margaritas are very solid.
As of April 2005 they are in the process of expanding, which will about triple capacity, so wait times should come down as a result.
Very highly recommended for great value, casual brunches and awesome breakfast tacos.
