Found out about The Breakfast Klub from the Houston Press, voted best breakfast in 2004. The Press was right-on in my mind, this is the best breakfast I've had in a restaurant in many years. I tried the breakfast platter and everything on it was great. The bacon was cooked to a perfect crispness, the toast reminded me of the buttery texas toast that we all love, and the eggs were nice and fluffy. The potatoes could have been a little more done, but thats just my preference, they were still good. Can't wait to come back and try some more menu items that are just calling my name like the waffles and wings, breakfast sandwich, and green eggs and ham.
