We arrived at 10:55AM - the place was still closed so we had to valet park ourselves and wait in the car. At 11AM there was a line outside (it was Easter Sunday, 52F in Houston). Then we were told that we had to order an appetizer to have our mimosas - all other tables were drinking theirs - no problem. Food was brought by a kitchen staff member and left sitting on a tray - 10 minutes later we simply had to grab our plates. We were almost finished with our Eggs and things when waiter showed up to ask whether we liked everything. No apology, no check deductionon the way out we overheard two ladies saying that they were leaving after 25 minutes of waiting for their drinks to be served.
Bottom line this place really needs better management and twice as many staff members (waiters especially).
