Jumpin Java is in need of some serious revamping of their service staff. The food is okay, but it does not make up for the poor service. We waited 15 minutes to order while the manager called an impromptu staff meeting where he yelled loud enough for all the customers to hear. Finally after we ordered the food took another 35-45 minutes, and in that time our water glasses were not even looked at much less refilled. Finally when we did receive our order, one item was wrong. They took away the plate with a burger, salad, and a side of bacon. Fifteen minutes later when they brought out the corrected burger, it was just that- a burger on a plate- no salad, no bacon. When we complained the manager argued with us and was very unpleasant. All in all the worst restaurant experience in years.
