We're big fans of Danny Meyer restaurants, so we were really looking forward to Blue Smoke. Unfortunately, Danny misses with this. It's too expensive and the food hit or miss. For instance, while the baby back ribs were meaty and the drinks strong (the hits), the creamed spinach was not creamy and the warm blue cheese and bacon dip had practically no bacon (a sentiment shared by others in the restaurant I noticed) (these were misses). Dallas BBQ is better at 1/3 the price.
