The wonton soup is superb! The wontons are mostly succulent meat-filling, the skins melt-in-your-mouth thin. I ordered Shrimp w/Lobster Sauce and was very impressed here, as well. The shrimp were nice and fat, and didn't have that strong shrimpy taste that lower-quality shrimp has. The vegetables were crisply fresh: this was the first time I tasted sweet red bell-peppers in the Shrimp w/Lobster sauce dish! Many Chinese food restaurants have bland lobster sauce. Ming's' sauce was flavorful, and there was enough to go around, but not so much that your food is swamped.
Plasticware doesn't bother me since I use chopsticks. Occasionally I need help with the rice, but find that plasticware is a more stable platform than most restaurant silverware; perhaps because of the wider tines. And if plasticware keeps food costs down, then by all means! :-)
