I recently went to ITW to get a tattoo and was surprised by the excellent customer service and outstanding professionalism. I had an appointment scheduled at 7, but had difficulties getting there and didnt show up untill hrs. later. To my surprise ITW was cool about it and made sure I would get a great quality tattoo regardless. No other place would remain open way beyond store operation hrs. because of my own failure to find the location. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a tattoo or piercing regardless of your experience- Great experience and a pleasure to do business with.
