I was very pleased with the care I got there, not only from Dr. Romano, but also from the staff. The wait was a bit long, but well worth the trip. I was served with herbal tea by the receptionist, which I thought was sweet. I found Dr. Romano to be very grounded and caring and answered all of my questions, no matter how silly. His team also came in to talk about what my skincare routine was like and other things I can do without surgery. It seemed very thorough. They weren't pushy or rushed, which I think is a big plus. The nurse took her time with me for my treatment, which has been different than other places I've gone to for Botox and Restylane. I'm sure to return and loved my experience!!
