they use sweet potato foccacia, i think. the texture is spongey and there seems to be an olive-oil slickness on the side salad that ends up saturating your sandwich, but the sandwices are so good you CANNOT stop coming back.
and when you order an iced espresso drink they have ""simple syrup,"" which is sugar that's been boiled to a syrup, so that you don't have to stir and stir and stir those sugar crystal you get in packet form that won't melt. AWESOME.
