I have been a customer of theirs now for 7 years with my basset hound. They send yearly updates for vaccations and I find the staff very professional. I also find their fees fair and not outrageous. Dr. Averback is great with my dog- takes alot time answering questions- I never feel rushed and I seem to hardly ever have to wait for my appointment. He also makes suggestions on how to cut costs on animal care.
