I've tried to get service or support at this store on three seperate occasions. Every time I have left upset and frustrated. The staff turns over so much that you never speak to the same person twice. The Cingular Store and the Cingular.com website are two seperate companies that don't have to work with, talk to, or even acknowledge each other. I wouldn't go back into this store if they were passing out free Razr's.
PROS: None.
CONS: Rude staff, poor customer service skills.
