I've used Peterson for over 4 years and in two different houses, both with quite old furnaces that needed some repairs a couple of times each winter. Peterson's repair personnel were quick to respond and were almost always able to fix the problem on their first visit. I'm also happy with the selection of fuel purchase programs that they offer, especially since I was able to lock in a relatively low per-gallon rate before prices raised during each of the last two years.
