I had a good experience the first time I went there.
The second time - the office staff made mistakes with my appointment without appology and tried to charge me for the changes that they made. I thought it was an ""off day"" with a new receptionist who made a couple of mistakes, but.... On my third visit - the service didn't even exist. The receptionist had no clue. I asked for a certain time to avoid canceling another appointment and instead of telling me that it wasnt available and offering other times she told me how to schedule my other appointment. After finalizing an appointment, I still waited 2 hours after that time for my pet to be seen with no apologies or understanding for my frustration.
The doctor seemed nice, but if I have to deal with the office incompetence it isnt worth it at all.
