I've been to Giordano's several times and I know it has quite a following. I've never considered it all that great. OK but not great. Crust tends to be dry and hard and the sauce a little watery. Restaurant ambiance is nice enough but the place does tend to be a bit pricey for what you get.
Best part of my experience there was the bartender who was friendly and chatty. I'd definitely go here for a few drinks.
