I came in feeling stupid, since I needed a part for our sink that I didn't bring with me and didn't know what it was called. One of the staff not only found it for me, but recommended some tape that worked beautifully when wrapped around the handle, and I got an inexpensive wrench to put it all together. Yay!
Pros: clever staff, stocks of everything, great finds
