I read the great review the LA Times did on the hideout about a month ago and decided to check it out last Saturday night. First of all there was no cover charge which is VERY unusual in this day and age, the DJ was spinning 80's music and the dance floor was crowded. The vibe of the place was great, very low light, a smoking patio with couches to sit on and the drink prices were reasonable. We were also suprised in the amount of good looking people and the fact that no one had any attitudes, people were there to truly have fun. I recommend everyone check this place out on a Saturday night!
Pros: no cover, patio, atmosphere
