Mgmt has changed since the last two reviews. The new mgmt along with the homeowners association are working hard to fix any current problems. The location and convenience is unmatchable. Parking spaces are pricey but there is plenty of street parking. It's not a bad place to live :) plus, 24 hour front desk and security is back!
