I was visiting from Chicago last weekend and decided to go to Mas Sake's with a group of friends on Sunday evening. I eat out A LOT, and I can say in all my dining out experiences in Chicago and the San Francisco Bay Area, I have never experienced such unbelievably poor service. Our waitress was extremely unprofessional and should be embarrassed in the way she represented the restaurant as a whole. The food and ambience was average, but unfortunately her personality and behavior overshadowed the whole experience. I wouldn't be surprised if she submitted the review stating that clients are envious of the attractive waitresses. That's almost comical....one's exterior can't make-up for what's obviously lacking on the inside!
