I recently moved to the Phoenix area and was referred to Mood Swings by a coworker. I was so pleased w/ my haircut and the stylist had a lot of great suggestions for my "in between style". She was very personable.
I also had my brows done and was more than pleased- they are perfect and not too thin, the girl really listened to me.
