The food is outstanding, made fresh to your order. As good or better than any upscale Chinese restaurant in Houston but at much better prices. I love their fried rice and their Won Ton soup is the best I have ever had. And their egg rolls are made in house and are outstanding. No chi chi ambience and you have to order at the front and then pick up your food and eat it on plastic plates and forks, but that's certainly little discomfort for such great food.
