Where to start! First of all, the food is far below acceptable. Our server told us the restaurant specializes in Northern Italian cuisine, so I decided to order the sashimi-quality tuna on a bed of miso-glazed pasta. My boyfriend decides on lasagna. My tuna was fairly good, however the pasta came hardened and all clumped together in one piece. It was beyond comprehensible that something could arrive in this state. And the lasagna, while not horrible, tasted like something from olive garden. The restaurant has very bad acoustics, making it far too easy to hear the cheesy patrons. Oh and the ""cool"" space? It's trying to be New York, circa 1996...except it still doesn't get it right.
