Ina is a great consignment chain- good prices and an amazing selection. However, for some reason when I have been to the Nolita store the women working were either too busy ordering lunch from up the street (and yelling in the phone to make sure that they didn't ""skimp"" on the salmon) or trying on shoes for sale on the sales floor. One time, when I went to the register to buy a top, I had to wait for them to stop gossiping for at least a minute for them to even look my way! It's worth a trip for the selection alone, but either don't take the sales staff seriously at all or go to another one of their locations.
