My first time eating at the Detour I was confused by the menu. The fritata's and potato scrambles force you to choose your own ingredients from a list of around 20 different vegetables, meats, and cheeses. This is not beneficial when you're having a hung over breakfast and your mind is not firing all pistons. Plus, no straight forward eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and toast classic American plates. Instead they have egg sandwiches. Confusing at first, but delicious in the end. I've since been back 6 or 7 times and it's become my favorite breakfast eatery in this part of town. My only beef after getting to know this place is that you have to walk to the counter to refill your coffee. Small price to pay for a very satisfying meal provided by a great staff. Outside seating is a huge plus. I have yet to try any lunch items.
Pros: All coffee drinks, Beer!, Outside seating
Cons: , No liquor :(, One bathroom
