People - I lived in Japan for 10 years as an educator and have eaten at kaiten sushi restaurants probably 1,000 times (ok - a slight exaggeration). A friend told me about Blue C. Skeptically, I went. In an objective word - The Best. Great variety, extremely fresh fish, delightful cooked items, fun atmosphere, and friendly chefs - not all Japanese, but who cares. Not even in Japan are all the kaiten chefs Japanese. Put a Blue C down in Japan and the Japanese would queue out the door for it.
