Fork is a great restaurant. The atmosphere is great, but you could serve that food in a basement and I'd still rave about it. Everytime I go there (the menu is seasonal, so you never have the same thing twice) I feel as if the recipe was created just for my pallatte. Last time I was there the dessert was the highlight of the meal: A warm pecan torte with vanilla ice cream served with cranberry compote. I'll never be able to eat another dessert again.
Pros: the dessert!
