I have been in search of the PERFECT Vietnamese. sandwich in California for years always to be disappointed. Then a friend took me to Saigon Sandwich and I have to say that my search has ended! The Sui Mai sandwich is THE PERFECT Banh Mi!! What else would make 15 strangers waiting for what seems like forever in silence watching the little lady behind the counter do her magic - yes, it's THAT GOOD.
