thai tom's reputation has gone to their heads, so much so that they assume we're all regulars, as was the case when i went to get takeout. not only did they charge extra for a box and a plastic fork, but 1/3 of the meal wasn't included because ""that's how takeout is. NO SALAD!"" i called back to say that there was tofu missing and they insisted that it wasn't supposed to be there (it was on the menu). i wanted them to know that not all of us are regulars and we should be informed before portions of the meals we paid for are going to be missing. his reply? ""i DON'T CARE, BYE"" i could attribute it to their busy schedule, but no one deserves to be yelled at like that. also, there were exactly 4 pieces of chicken in my friend's dish. never again.
