From the first contact with their company to the scheduling and arrival of the plumber - they kept you very informed of what was going on. Frank, who was very nice, gave me options as to how to proceed once he assessed my problem. Although there price seemed high, they were very knowledgeable and offered a warranty to guarantee their service. Frank explained how they would be proceeding and again kept me up to date on what was happening and what was going to happen. I called a few other plumbers who offered 24 hour emergency service with a guaranteed hour response time - 5 hours later still no call back. Oh, one other thing, this service call was placed on a holiday weekend which made the prompt service I received even more valuable!
