I went to Blue C not really knowing what to expect, except conveyor belt sushi. If you eat there at rush hour, you can expect fresh pieces of sushi. Otherwise, be ready for not so fresh tasting fish. They have a limited selection of rolls, also. It is quick and inexpensive and you really get what you pay for. It's worth it to make it to a higher scale restaurant just to experience some better (and fresher) tasting sushi. I will definately not be returning.
