This is my favourite Mexican restaurant in Houston!! Fresh vegetarian mexican: chile rellanos that aren't too cheesy; sweet potato enchilados are so creative and they simply melt in your mouth; queso fresco tacos with onion and poblano rajas to which you can add those delicious fresh salsas; ranchero beans (whole pinto beans) without lard. Top that off with spicy micheladas. The food here's closer to california-style mexican than the greasy tex-mex.
