After describing our needs for a CD Jukebox in detail to the sales person we were sold a Sony DVP-CX777ES 400 disc changer for $799. First unit was defective, they begrudgingly took it back. Second unit also did not work properly, we were told to purchase a $2000 add-on unit so it would work properly. When we expressed our discontent they were belligerent, rude and unhelpfull. Shop anywhere else, their customer service is a joke.
